Product Efficacy

Storage
- Once received, store in refrigerator only
Method of Use
- 1.Mix semen diluent to pig raw semen (1:1 ratio)
- 2.Remove seminal plasma with centrifuge (1000g, 10 minutes)
- 3.Add semen diluent (300ml) to sperm and mix the product (40ml)
- 4.Run sperm coagulation reaction in a 17℃ refrigerator (8+ hours)
- 5.After 8 hours, observe the sperm coagulation status with a microscope
- 6.Use a filter to separate X-sperm from the coagulated sperm
- 7.Count the number of the separated X-sperm, add the terminal semen diluent and inject it into an artificial insemination pack
- 8.Conduct artificial insemination using the gender-identified semen
