Method of Use
1.Unfreeze frozen semen straw and Whole Mom vial in warm water.
2.Using a syringe needle, puncture the cap of the vial. Cut the other end of the thawed frozen semen straw sponge with a scissor.
3.Insert the cut side of the straw about half way through the punctured cap.
4.Hold the vial and the straw, shake it 2~3 times vertically to inject the semen from the straw to the vial.
5.Shake the vial 5~6 times to mix the product and the semen thoroughly, and react the mixture in warm water over 35°C for more than 30 minutes (very important!).
6.Once the reaction took place, remove the straw and insert a new straw included in the package to be placed at the end of the cap.
7.Placing the vial and the straw reversely from method 4, shake 2~3 times to move the semen into the straw.
8.Remove the semen-containing straw and perform artificial insemination.
