Method of Use

• 1.Unfreeze frozen semen straw and Whole Mom vial in warm water.
• 2.Using a syringe needle, puncture the cap of the vial. Cut the other end of the thawed frozen semen straw sponge with a scissor.
• 3.Insert the cut side of the straw about half way through the punctured cap.
• 4.Hold the vial and the straw, shake it 2~3 times vertically to inject the semen from the straw to the vial.
• 5.Shake the vial 5~6 times to mix the product and the sementhoroughly, and react the mixture in warm water over 35°C (very important!).
• 6.Once the reaction took place, remove the straw and insert a new straw included in the package to be placed at the end of the cap.
• 7.Placing the vial and the straw reversely from method 4, shake 2~3 times to move the semen into the straw.
• 8.Remove the semen-containing straw and perform artificial insemination.

Method of Use

• 1.Unfreeze Whole Mom vial in warm water
• 2.Centrifuge raw semen for 10 minutes at 1,000g speed and remove the seminal plasma
• 3.Add terminal semen diluent and float sperms
• 4.Add Whole Mom protein in proportion with the total sperm count into the semen and mix thoroughly
• 5.Put in 4℃ refrigerator and react for 4 hours
• 6.After 4 hours, observe the sperm coagulation status with a microscope
• 7.Store the gender identifying sperm in a straw for freezing

Method of Use

• 1.Defrost frozen semiconductor straws in hot water
• 2.Cut the opposite side of the sponge on the straw and transfer it to a microtubule.
• 3.Collect live sperm using sperm separation methods such as Percoll.
• 4.After floating sperm in 300ul culture, mix Holmom fertilized egg kit.
• 5.Shake the product and the semen to mix well, reaction in 37°C hot water for 20 minutes
• 6.Place the reaction tube on the magnet and stand for 10 minutes, then collect the upper (2/3) X sperm into the new tube.
• 7.Used as sperm for IVF (In Vitro fertilization)
